This is a neat idea, but I really think they could have pushed the dialogue to be a little funnier. I wish they had made it more like the commentary of those Japanese game shows. Now that stuff is funny.

Eh. I would have rather seen something made easy that I encounter every day. Aren't the purposes of puzzles like these to give you a break in the first place? After I look at this I just think the person is taking too many breaks. If he can't finish a simple sudoku puzzle without whining that it is too hard, he needs to take two hands and get a grip.

I'm a huge fan of optical tricks in ads. They engage interest and can be particularly effective in driving a point home. This ad works for me because it is so literal and simple.
(WWF has done some really cool visual tricks in their ads in the past that I have loved)
